Data Protection & Privacy

Processing of Personal Data

Personal data may only be collected and processed in accordance with data protection rules and laws.

In certain cases, especially when a user fills out and submits a form on the website, it is possible that certain personal data may be stored on the server. The publisher processes the data provided by the user solely for the purpose of processing their request and for further communication arising from a potential business relationship between the publisher and the user.

The transmitted user data may also be stored on the server for backup, logging, and/or statistical analysis purposes. In this case, the data will be retained for a maximum of 26 months, after which it will be automatically deleted.

This information is considered confidential and treated accordingly. It will never be sold or disclosed to third parties without the prior consent of the user.

The user has the right to access, modify, or delete their data at any time by making a written request to the following address: Sophie Langer - mail@2day.style

Newsletter

If the website has a newsletter, users can subscribe to receive regular email updates. In this case, the publisher requires a valid email address provided by the subscribing user through the corresponding form. The user confirms that they are the owner of the provided email address and consents to receiving emails from the website or the publisher indefinitely.

The process of newsletter registration and the necessary consent are logged to comply with applicable data protection laws. This log includes the user's email address, registration date, user's IP address, language preference, and any voluntarily provided information by the user during registration (name, newsletter topics, etc.).

Unsubscribing from the newsletter

The user has the right to unsubscribe from receiving the newsletter (either in full or for specific topics) at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the end of a newsletter. For technical reasons, the user's email address may remain stored in the publisher's database after unsubscribing from the newsletter. This allows the publisher to prevent unintended re-subscription or reactivation of the subscriber. In this case, the user's email address is stored as an inactive record and will not be used for sending any newsletters.

Newsletter Statistics & Tracking

The newsletters sent may contain "web beacons," which are invisible 1x1 pixel images that enable the publisher to determine when the recipient opens the newsletter completely. Newsletters may also include "trackable links" that allow the publisher to identify when the user clicks on a link in the newsletter.

The purpose of this measurement is not to track individual user actions but to collect statistical and anonymous information that enables the publisher to create newsletters that are more technically reliable and content-relevant.

All user-specific tracking data for a newsletter (newsletter delivery, opening signals, click signals) will be automatically and permanently deleted after a maximum of 48 months from the newsletter's distribution date.

The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website (including the user's IP address, which is, however, anonymized using the "_anonymizeIp()" method) is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

Google will use this information to evaluate website usage, compile reports on website activity for website operators, and provide other services related to website activity and internet usage. Google Conversion Tracking

The publisher uses the Google Ads advertising platform, a service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"), to promote its business by displaying ads on Google's own and affiliated websites. To measure and optimize the success of these advertising campaigns, the publisher uses Google Conversion Tracking. When a user clicks on one of the publisher's ads displayed through Google AdWords, a cookie is placed on the user's device. This cookie expires after 30 days and is not used to personally identify the user. During the cookie's validity period, both Google and the publisher can link the user's visit to the publisher's website with the user's interaction with the original ad while keeping the user anonymous.

Conversion Tracking allows the publisher to collect statistical and anonymous information about the performance of its advertising campaigns. Neither the publisher, Google, nor a third-party Google Ads provider can personally identify the user in this way.

The user can opt out of using Google Ads Conversion Tracking by disabling cookies in their browser settings.

Google Ads Remarketing

The publisher uses Google Ads Remarketing, a service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"), to promote the publisher's business on third-party websites or apps. Google AdWords Remarketing displays relevant ads tailored to the user based on their interactions with the publisher's website. A cookie is placed on the user's device to achieve this. This cookie does not contain personal data and is not used to personally identify the user.

Google Ads Remarketing allows the publisher to align its marketing efforts with the user's needs and display only relevant ads.

The user can opt out of using Google Ads Remarketing by disabling cookies in their browser settings or using a browser plugin provided by Google at https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin.

Microsoft Ads Tracking

The publisher uses the Microsoft Ads advertising platform (formerly known as "Bing Ads"), a service provided by Microsoft Corporation ("Microsoft"), to promote its business by displaying ads on Microsoft's own and affiliated websites. To measure and optimize the success of these advertising campaigns, the publisher uses Microsoft Universal Event Tracking (UET). When a user clicks on one of the publisher's ads displayed through Microsoft Ads, a cookie is placed on the user's device. This cookie expires after 30 days and is not used to personally identify the user. The user can deactivate Microsoft Conversion Tracking by visiting https://account.microsoft.com/privacy/ad-settings/signedout. Additionally, the user can refuse to use Microsoft Ads Conversion Tracking by disabling cookies in their browser settings.

Use of Google Maps

This website may use the Google Maps API, a mapping service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). It is needed to visually display geographic information in map form or virtual tours of the publisher's location. By integrating Google Maps, data on user behavior is collected, stored in cookies, and transmitted to Google.
